Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of jl77 or any of its software or payment processing partners.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for the individual player. It is your responsibility to verify your own local legal position.

Account Registration and Management

Account registration at jl77 is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate information at registration and to keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. jl77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

• Each player may hold only one registered account. If a second account is identified, both accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. jl77 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• jl77 will never contact players via unsolicited messages asking for account passwords, payment wallet PINs, or full card numbers. Any such communication claiming to be from jl77 should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your jl77 account or any balance within it to another person.
• jl77 reserves the right to close dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) after providing notice to the registered contact details. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet before closure.

To request account closure at any time, please contact jl77 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the registered payment wallet.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the jl77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jl77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Standard processing times and transaction limits for each supported payment method are shown below.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jl77 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts not registered to the player.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity and account verification checks. jl77 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including during routine KYC reviews.
• Deposit funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of the deposited principal is permitted. This prevents the use of the platform solely as a money transfer mechanism.
• jl77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳100,000 in a single request or ৳500,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jl77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus for new registrations, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions around Bangladesh events. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable. The bonus amount plus any winnings generated from the bonus must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before they can be transferred to the real-money wallet or withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only, on their first qualifying deposit. A player may claim the welcome bonus once and once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including via multiple accounts — constitutes prohibited conduct.
• jl77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account prior to the change.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed are automatically forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not cash.

Gameplay, Fairness, and Technical Integrity

All games available on jl77 are supplied by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by each studio's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. jl77 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game mathematics, RTP settings, or outcome algorithms.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jl77 will attempt to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the fault. If restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or via a third party, for the purpose of circumventing account limits or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, collect bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation in connection with identity verification, age verification, or source-of-funds checks.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the jl77 platform. jl77 will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or display errors to gain a financial advantage. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately and refrain from continued play until the issue is resolved.

jl77's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final. Players who believe an account action has been taken in error may submit a formal complaint to [email protected], setting out the grounds for their appeal in writing.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect.
• jl77 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including extended uninterrupted sessions, rapid escalation of bet sizes, or significant recent losses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jl77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. jl77's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

jl77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the jl77 website with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, jl77 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on account. Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

jl77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary in the interests of platform integrity. These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
